Welcome to the transaction seller/buyer reports for REAL/Easy FOS and BOS. These reports were written by Executive Systems for GUI Software for inclusion within the REAL/Easy BOS (Back Office System).
As business is written and closed in BOS, these reports can assist agents and others with call lists, re-cap and follow-up by source lists. The four report groups are:
R18-1 Produce lists of all sellers and buyers by name for agents, branch managers, and for the company.
R18-2 Print seller/buyer phone and mailing lists for agents, branches and for the company.
R18-5 Print buyer lists by source and name for agents, branches and for the company.
R18-8 Print seller lists by source and name for agents, branches and for the company.
In order for seller/buyer follow-up and source reports to assist, key items need to be entered for sellers and buyers within your BOS transactions. When entering BOS transactions, the Contacts tab is used to identify the seller(s) and buyer(s). In addition to complete demographic entry, other key information required for the R18 reports include:
- Assignment of an agent and office to each seller and buyer is required. If this is not done, the seller or buyer will not appear on these follow-up reports.
- Entry of the source of business for this transaction.
- Entry of phone numbers.
Running the seller/buyer reports.
The R18 reports can be run to assess closed, written, and pending seller/buyer information. All reports need a pending date range to select sellers and buyers from certain time periods. Branch and Agent selections are also entered for those levels. For most reports, the source of business can also be selected. Normally, the report is displayed on the screen first and all or selected pages can be printed.
R18 – 1 Transaction Seller/Buyer Reports
The R18-1 seller/buyer reports show key contact information including the assigned sales agent. Reports can be printed by branch as shown above, or by agent, or for the entire company. The branch reports can be sorted by seller/buyer name, or assigned agent, or by source of business. The agent reports can be sorted by name or source of business.
The R18-1 items are:
Seller/Buyer: name for the seller or buyer as entered on the transaction Contact tab.
ContactMainID:the mainID of the seller or buyer in the master contact table, if any. As sellers and buyers are identified in the transaction Contact tab, they can also obtained or tied to a central BOS contacts table. If this was done the main ID will be displayed.
HomePhone: the seller/buyer’s home phone.
MailAddress:the city, state and zip of the seller/buyer.
Source the business source as identified within the transaction Contact tab for the listed transaction.
Type: the contact type: seller or buyer.
TranID,Status,Type: the BOS ID for the transaction that the contact was part of, the current status (abbreviation), and the sale type. Status abbreviations are: C=Closed, P=Pending, F=Firm.
PendDate: the pending date for the transaction.
Agent Codeand Name:this is the BOS Agent ID and Name of the agent assigned to this seller or buyer.
R18-1 Agent level report is slightly different. It is designed to be given to your agents so each agent's sellers and buyers are listed on separate pages. For the agent level more the last two items are:
CloseDate: the close date for the transaction.
Property: the street address for the transaction.

R18 – 2 Transaction Seller/Buyer Short Reports
The R18-2 seller/buyer short reports are used to list detail phone and mailing information for sellers and buyers. The reports can useful for agents and can also be printed for the branch or companywide.
The R18-2 items are:
ContactMainID and Name:the mainID of the seller or buyer in the master contact table, if any, plus the name for the seller or buyer as entered on the transaction Contact tab. As sellers and buyers are identified in the transaction Contact tab, they can also obtained or tied to a central BOS contacts table. If this was done the main ID will be displayed.
AgentID and Name:the BOSID of the agent plus agent's name entered within BOS Setup of the agent assigned to this seller-buyer.
Type: the contact type: seller or buyer.
HomePhone: the seller/buyer’s home phone.
BusinessPhone & X: the seller/buyer’s business phone and extension.
CellPhone: the seller/buyer’s cell phone.
FaxPhone: the seller/buyer’s fax number.
MailAddress:the street address, city, state and zip of the seller/buyer.
TranID,Status,Type: the BOS ID for the transaction that the contact was part of, the current status (abbreviation), and the sale type. Status abbreviations are: C=Closed, P=Pending, F=Firm.
PendDate: the pending date for the transaction.
The R18-2 report names are:
