The form illustrated above is: branchagentlabels5161. The report is pre-set to select only Active agents, but you can change that when running the reports.
The label reports available are:

branchagentlabels5161 2 across 10 down laser label for Avery 5161
branchagentlabels5162 2 across 7 down laser label for Avery 5162
Branch Agent Letters:
This is an example of setting up form letters using Crystal Reports. While Crystal reports is best suited to data reporting, it can be used to setup form letters to be printed from the data you store in BOS.
Above is an example of a form letter to all of the active agents in a branch. It is actually a report formatted as a letter. However, it is a report that obtains the agent names from the BOS agent table and places them on the top of each letter page. Further, the report obtains the office name and office managers name from the BOS office table and places them in the letter also.
This letter, report number 2-6, is saved as: branchagentlettersbanquet
You can edit this letter using Crystal Analysis or Crystal Reports and save to another name for your use.
