Managers can compare agent current on the market listing inventory with this ranking report. Shown are both the total listing units and volume. Listing status Active is totaled for this report.

Also, note that because the listing status is set in BOS within either Listing management or Transaction management, that these status settings will affect this report.

To show the ranking by units or volume, use either of these reports:

Detailed information about current active listing inventory can be obtained from the above detailed report. This report is similar to the prior page's totals report in that it is sorted by total units or volume. But, in addition, it details each active listing by agent as well. Detailed Items include:

 

Office: The office assigned to that agent's portion of the listing.

Property: The street address of the property.

Units: The list side units assigned to the agent for the property.

Volume: The list side volume you have assigned to the agent for the property.

ListDate: Listing Taken date entered for the property.

Status: The status assigned to the property. Normally, the status "Active(Off. Written)" means that the listing has a pending or firm offer.

Totals are given by agent and a grand total for the branch.

You can also print charts to help compare agent listing written production. Two charts are available: the first, shown above, charts list side production, and the second graphs the volume production.

Note, that when you run a chart, you can also export it for others to see or to insert in documents or reports! For example, while viewing the above chart, you can click on an icon to re-create the chart in MS Excel. This means that you could use Excel to modify or annotate the graph, or, insert it into an MS Word or Publisher document. Further, you can export to an "HTML" file and then email it as an attachment.
