Wimbish-Riteway - Custom Payment Authorization

Many companies calculate commissions within the BOS system and then enter payment details and print the commission checks using a home office financial accounting system.

To help the home office accounting system, Wimbish-Riteway, asked if a special BOS commission authorization form could be built for authorizing and recording each closed commission.

Executive Systems created the required form and replaced the default BOS check form with the new one. This enabled the customer to print the payment form using BOS's check procedures which would then record the form issue. The accounting department then receives the information it needs to enter and print actual checks from the corporate accounting system.
