The ERW 4 Trend reports can help you track key revenue, award and commission expense figures month to month and year by year for both for closed or future estimated periods. Options include:

A key interest is monitoring the agent trends for closed activity, written activity and sales pipelines (pending sales). The above report, erw4-11, illustrates agent trends for closed sales units (sides) for a selected year. Month by month closed units are totaled as well by agent, by month and company units.

Many companies monitor written Volume trends. The report illustrated above, erw4-22, illustrates written Volume trends by sale type. This helps managers monitor changes in the sales mix with co-brokers which may be affected by sales agent incentives and marketing programs. You can use other reports to show Volume written trends by property type, by branch, and by agent. And still more reports can show written units and AGCI as well.
