ERW5 – Listing and Sales Production Ranking

(Executive Reports Warehouse #5)

How are our new agents doing? Who are our top 10 producers?

The Listing and Sales Production Ranking reports can help you answer these and many other questions. Used by broker-owners, general managers and branch managers, the these reports help compare agent production for all agents, agents hired as a certain period of time, or agents that are members of specified groups. These are the report options offered in erw5:

Agent ranking has many uses. For broker-owners and corporate administration, ranking helps view which agents are the top company producers as well as award winners for the next awards meeting. For branch managers ranking reports can help learn which agents are the most successful and also which need assistance to improve. For closing departments, ranking by key commission scale figures can assist in verifying levels achieved to reach the different split levels.

The above report illustrates the general format of the erw5 sales ranking reports. It is a company-wide ranking of closed Adjusted GCI (AGCI). As noted above, other statistics can be ranked as well and for the individual branches or pre-defined groups of agents.

For each report, the title indicates the level and statistic that is ranked. For each agent their agent code, start date, status and branch is listed in addition to the total units and volume for the time period selected. The column ranked is next followed by the agent’s rank.

Branch or companywide totals for the units, volume, and the ranked statistic, e.g. AGCI, are included.

The listing ranking reports appear as illustrated above. Listing written production is ranked by list units taken as above, or list volume. Ranking can be done at the branch level or company level. Included is the agent’s ID code, start date, current status, and assigned branch.

The above report illustrates ranking of agents in a pre-defined group. In the example the group is the "Seymour" group and the agents in that group are ranked by closed company dollar. Examples of groups that might be ranked are new-hire's, agents working for a certain manager, agents specializing in subdivision sales, agents that are part of teams, agents that were part of a merged company, or agents that specialize in a special market segment

Often, managers wish to also see agents who did not have production in addition to those who did. Many of the reports will select all active agents for the ranking as illustrated above with the closed AGCI ranking report number erw5-89. Here, as in many of these report types, agents who are currently active and starting within a certain date range, are ranked by a revenue, award, or commission statistic. Terminated agents are not included in these report types (erw5-79 through erw5-106).
