ERW6 – Relocation Analysis

Which agents are utilizing relocation? What portion of our business involves relocation?
Relocation analysis reports compares how agents produce results from business referred from your relocation department. Report options include:

The summary reports measure and rank the amount of relocation business each agent has closed. The above report on closed units shows the typical format of the summary reports. The agent name and code is given followed by the agent’s home (assigned) branch, start date and current status. Next, the total units closed is tabulated followed by the breakdown of those units to relocation business and non-relocation business.
As illustrated above, the number of closed relocation units is totaled by agent and the agents are ranked. to estimate what portion of the agent’s business is derived from relocation, the relocation closed units percent of all units closed is also calculated.
The total number of agents producing, total closed units, relocation units and non-relocation units is given plus the percent of relocation business is of the total for the company.

The amount of volume, GCI and company dollar "generated" by the relocation department working with company agents is important. The above report, run by a branch manager, shows how much company dollar his agents in the North Branch OFFICE1 generated from business sourced by the relocation department (OFFICE2 in this example).
Agent commission earned from relocation business can also be reported.
For managers and administrators who wish the agent list to sorted by agent name, also as shown above, all reports are included for this in the erw6 warehouse as well.

There are 18 reports in the warehouse that can help you analyze your written business activity involving the relocation department. The report above shows the companywide written volume for a selected pending date period. All written business except fall-thru’s and backup offers are summarized.

Relocation transaction details are also available for each agent. As illustrated above, relocation transaction information is listed for closed relocation business during a selected time range. Included for each transaction are:
Totals include the number of transactions, number of units, volume, GCI, NAGCI, agent commission, and overall split percentage
