BranchPULSE is a set of reports to help branch managers and administrators keep tabs on the day to day branch business and operations. Reports cover all aspects from associate hiring, listing, sales, and closing management. Reports are included for these management interest areas:

The BranchPULSE portion of the warehouse has a number of agent rosters to help keep up to date with the agent records. These reports, such as the one above ordered by agent ID, are convenient for branch managers and administrative staff. Included on the short roster reports are:

Detail agent information is obtained using the agent detail roster report. The report includes all active agents in the branch and is sorted by agent name. Included in the report are:

Erw7-8 is a comprehensive report of branch agent new hires and terminations. For any date range, new hires and terminated agents are listed. The third part of the report totals the active agent counts as of the end of the time period specified.

The erw7-9 report provides a list of current active agents by types, i.e., full time, part time, selling manager, owner-manager.

A key interest and motivator of agents is the production awards that a company may have and, of course, their own earnings. A series of sales award and earnings reports help you monitor these statistics. The report above, erw7-10, is a closed sale award and earnings summary by agent for business in the branch.
The report totals the three common production award figures of units, volume and AGCI. Further, units and volume are broken down to list and sell side. Agent gross (1099) earnings as well as net earnings are included. Items are:
The erw7-10 summarizes closed awards and earnings and sorts by agent ID. The erw7-12 sorts by agent name (last name), and erw7-14 helps monitor agents by experience level with the sort by start date.

A detail report is used to show, sale by sale, the accumulation of the production award and earnings figures. The example above details each sale made for the branch and totals production for the branch by each agent. For each sale included are:

The erw7-15 report enables you to obtain a selected agent’s company wide award and earnings detail. As shown above, this business can be from multiple branches. Included in the detail for each sale is the branch the business closed in.

Often, agents and managers are interested in future/potential production and earnings. The awards and earnings " summary above for branch pending transactions computes the potential unit/volume award and gross earnings for each agent having business with the office. The above report is ordered by agent name. Another pipeline summary will order by agent ID.
Detail by agent by transaction reports are included in the warehouse also. Like the closed award and earnings reports, these are printed by agent name or agent ID and are paginated and totaled by agent so that they can be reviewed with and given to the agent.

Report erw7-20 is a special report that details pipeline transactions for a selected agent. This will include potential earnings from all companywide transactions, i.e., transactions where the agent may represent their own and other offices. The additional item of written in "Office" is included in the report.

A branch management priority is helping agents obtain and market listings. A number of listing reports help managers and agents keep a pulse on the listing levels. The report above is one of the erw7 lists all currently active listings for individual agents in the branch. The items include:
The report is sorted by expiration date, earliest first, and the prices, units and volume are totaled.

The branch level active listings report, erw7-23 is illustrated above. The report includes all active listings held by agents in the branch. Items reported are the MLS number, property address, current list price, list date, expiration date, contract length, and the listing agent names.

You can obtain a pulse on written listings by branch agents with the branch written listings reports. Agent detail listings written by agent name, detail written listings for selected agents, and branch detail (illustrated above) are setup as report numbers erw7-24, 25, 26.

Listing production by branch agents can be compared with the written listing ranking reports. The report erw7-27 above ranks listing units for a selected time range. Included in the ranking report are:

Branch managers and administrators need to monitor the sales success of the branch agents. There are monthly awards for production. And meetings and reviews with individual sales associates. To help it these and other activities, a number of sales ranking reports are included in the warehouse.
The above report, erw7-29, illustrates the general format of the sales ranking reports. This is a ranking of written AGCI for a selected time period. All production is ranked in the report – transactions that are sales (FL-FS, FL-CS, and CL-FS) and non-sales (referrals, other income, leases).

Drill Downs for Sales ranking reports:

All of the erw7 sales ranking reports have detailed drill-downs for each agent as illustrated above. The drill down creates another small report showing all transactions that made up the ranking production total. Items included are:

Some of the reports will rank sales-only: the FL-FS, FL-CS, CL-FS transaction types. This is handy for award and other programs that do not include production from referrals, leases, and other non-sales transactions. The above report, erw7-30, is a sales only ranking for written AGCI.
The 25 branch ranking reports deal with written, closed, and pipeline (pending) agent comparisons. The reports are similar to those above but are available to rank different statistics such as volume and company dollar:

One of the reports, erw7-49, is a "Detail" report. It will provide a by agent list of all closed sales for the selected time range. Also, for companies who rank referrals, another report, erw7-50, ranks outbound referral units.
