AgentPULSE are a set of reports that managers can use with agents to help them keep tabs on their day to day business as well as review past performance, sources of business, and monitor future production.

Of key interest for each agent is the pending business that is in the pipeline. A number of reports are available to help monitor this potential. Sales only pendings are reported using erw9-2 above. Included are:

• The transaction ID / BOS ID
• Property address
• Status (should be pending or firm)
• Transaction type (should be FL-FS, FL-CS, or CL-FS for sales only)
• Sale/pending date
• Scheduled close date
• Sale price
• AGCI allocated to the agent
• Agent Gross Estimate
• Units/sides
• Volume

Other pending reports will print all sale types pending, and sales to close within a specified close date range.

Closed transactions can be reported with erw9-5 and –6. Key production figures for the agent are included for a specified close date range.

Another format for the agent’s closed sale commission reporting are the "commission determination" reports. They are typically used to report over the current agent’s commission plan period and will report the detailed earnings as well as the accumulated figure that the agent’s plan may be based on.

Included in the report for each closed transaction are:

• Close date
• Pending date
• Seller(s)
• Buyer(s)
• Property address
• Sale price
• Allocated in-house income (NAGCI – usually the figure agent’s split on)
• The agent’s gross commission
• Company dollar for the transaction allocated to the agent
• Cumulative company dollar for the closings in the report date range

Erw9-9 above shows cumulative company dollar in the rightmost column. If your scales are based on another figure these reports are also available:

To help agents with follow-up and details, the drill-down shown above is available within the commission reports for each individual transaction. Seller and buyer demographics such as phone numbers, source, addresses, spouse, and company are included.

A number of listing reports are included to assist the agent. The above report is used for help maintain a pulse on the active listings. It is ordered by the street name and also includes:

• MLS ID
• Status (should be active)
• List date
• Expire date
• Current list price
• Listing agents (would include agents splitting listing if any)
• Seller name(s)

To obtain seller details, use the drill-down report as shown above. Seller phone numbers and mailing address are included to assist with follow-up.

Report erw9-15 is an active listing detail report showing listing and seller information. The report is ordered by street name.

Other active listing reports include:

• Erw9-16 Active listings by list price
• Erw9-17 Active listings Detail by list price
• Erw9-18 Active listings by expiration date (enter an expiration date range)
• Erw9-19 Active listings Detail by expiration date (enter an expiration date range)

Agent listings written are detailed with report erw9-20 as shown above. The listings taken are sorted by listing date.

Drill-downs are included for seller information, and if the listing is sold, buyer information as well.

Pending transactions for the agent with seller and buyer information is included in the erw9-21 report. Items:

• BOS-IS/Transaction ID
• Property address
• Sale status abbreviation (P= pending, F=Firm) and sale type
• Pending date
• Close date
• Sale price
• Sellers
• Buyers

Seller and buyer details can be viewed with built-in drill-down as shown above.

For pending sale details, use the ewr9-22 report as shown above. Key information is included for the agent plus seller and buyer details. Similar reports showing seller and buyer information for closed sales are available in reports ewr9-23 and erw9-24.
