ORW2 Sales Summary Reports

The Sales summary reports are handy one-page information sheets to total the business at company, branch and associate levels. These are the main ways the summary reports help you look at your production situation:

The general format for all summary reports is illustrated above. Each row is a production total. In this case, the rows are totals by transaction/sale type. This enables comparison of the amount of business by sale type helping owners and managers view how much business is done in-house in relation to business with co-brokers. Also, the amount of non-sales business such as outbound referrals or other income is tabulated. The items included are:

Production can also be summarized at the branch level as shown above with orw2-29. Here closed sales are totaled by month within each branch to help review closed production at different times of the year.

Summary reports can be printed for company agents. Orw2-59 shown above, totals written sales by property type for each agent. Here, agent activity within different property levels can be tracked. Like the company and branch levels, production can also be totaled by transaction/sale type, project, month, seller source, and buyer source.
