Manager Override reports to report on agent company dollar production towards monthly manager override earnings. There are two reports: Summary (orw5-1) and Detail (orw5-2)

The summary report totals for each agent within a group name, e.g. "Seymour’s" group, the closed production for a selected close date range. Included in the summary are:

• The sales agent name and code (ID)
• The agent’s start date
• The status of the agent
• The branch the agent is assigned to
• The number of units closed
• The total volume closed by the agent
• The company dollar generated by the agent
• And the override commission amount for the manager figured at a percentage entered when the report starts.

The report prompts for a group name. (Agent groups are setup in the BOS "setups" module).

The detail report, orw5-2, is illustrated above. Here each closed transaction is listed and totaled by agent in the group. Transaction addresses, close dates, side, award figures, and company dollar amounts are shown.
