Cash Flow reports to track estimated daily, weekly and monthly anticipated cash flows from pending business.

The above report, orw6-1, illustrates a summary cash flow estimate for individual weeks. In this report, weeks 1 through 4 are subtotaled, and then subsequent cash flows are totaled by month. Included if the figures are:

• The week number (or range) in the future.
• The count of pending transactions
• The estimated AGCI – adjusted gross commission income
• The NAGCI – net adjusted gross commission income
• The agent gross commission earnings
• The company dollar estimated (cash flow)
• The running total company dollar expected
• The number of units (sides)
• The estimated future volume

Reports can detail expected cash flow by transaction. The above report illustrates a weekly cash flow showing the individual transactions expected to close and their estimated company dollar contribution.

Included for each transaction are:

• The transaction ID
• The property address
• The status of the transaction (P = Pending, F = Firm)
• The sale type
• The close date
• The AGCI, NAGCI, Agent gross earnings, transaction expected company dollar, running company dollar amount, the units (sides) from the transaction, and the transaction’s volume.
