Company and agent check registers: summary and detail check registers for administration and individual agents.

The orw8-1 agent reports paid checks issued to agents. You can select any check date range. Included for each check is a full detail of

• Check number and Check date
• transaction number and transaction close date,
• the property address,
• side of sale for the agent
• the volume and units awarded
• the name of sellers and buyers
• the agent’s gross 1099 commission
• the A/R recovery and other deductions taken and the net check amount

At the end of the checks for each agent is a summary of earnings, deductions, and net for the agent.

The orw8-1 will report all agents having checks. If you wish to select an agent for a check register report, use orw8-2.

The orw8-3 check register reports checks issued by check date to agents and all other payees such as referral brokers. You can select any check date range. Included for each check is a full detail of

• Check number and Check date
• the payee name,
• transaction number and transaction close date,
• the property address,
• the role/side of the payee – e.g. sell side or referral
• the volume and units awarded to sales agents,
• the name of sellers and buyers
• the gross commission (1099 amount)
• for agents: the A/R recovery deducted and the deductions taken and the net check amount

On the last page, the register has a summary for all checks. Gross amounts are totaled as well as all agent recoveries and deductions and the total net check amount.

Short check registers are included in the reports warehouse. The above example is orw8-5, a chort register by agent for a selected paid date range. For each agent, these items are included:

• Check number and check date
• Transaction ID and property address
• The side of sale and volume and units awarded
• The gross (1099) commission
• The total of all deductions
• The check net amount

Totals are given for each agent for volume, sides, gross earnings, deductions, and net amounts.

A grand total is also included.
