The reports in this section are used to help owners and managers track which outside companies are doing business with the brokerage. This includes companies providing inbound referrals, outbound referral brokers, lenders, title companies. Often brokerage companies have their own mortgage or other company so the reports then help to track how much business in directed in-house.

A handy list of companywide inbound referrals paid on closed sales is printed with the orw9-1 report. Included for each inbound referral are:

• The seller(s) and buyer(s).
• The property street address and city
• The sale price
• The close date
• The referral amount paid and side of the referral
• The company/broker the referral was paid to

For branch reporting use orw9-2 and for agent level reporting use orw9-3 (all agents) and orw9-4 (select an agent).

Another format for closed inbound referrals is orw9-5 for companywide. Reports orw9-6 is a branch level report, orw9-7 agent level all agents, and orw9-8 for a selected agent. Included for each inbound referral are these items:

• Close date
• Property address
• Transaction ID (BOS ID)
• Transaction type
• List side agents and sell side agents
• Referral broker name
• GCI – gross commission income
• Referral fee
• AGCI – adjusted gross commission income

If you are tracking the financing companies using BOS demographics, the above report can help track which companies are being used to secure buyer financing. All closed buyer controlled sales are included. Items totaled are:

• Name of the lending institution

• The number of sales

• The percentage of the total number of sales for this bank

• The percentage of total sales price of sales using this bank
• The total sales prices of buyers using this bank

Financing by individual transaction can be tracked with the orw9-14 report. Shown are the bank names along with:

• The property type
• Property address and city
• The sale price
• The sell side associates
• The office the agent is based in

For companies who track the financing type with BOS demographics, and the mortgage company names in the transaction contacts, the above report can be very useful for tracking where loans are placed. For a selected close date range, closed buyer controlled sales are reported. Items include:

• The sale type (either FL-FS or CL-FS)
• The property address
• The close date
• The sales price
• The count of cash purchases
• The count of conventional loans
• The count of FHS/VA loans
• The count of other financing
• The mortgage company name (from contacts as "buyer mortgage company")
• The buyer side agents

Totals are given for the sales prices and the financing types. The percent of the mortgage type is of the total is included.

Report orw9-16 is used for branch level tracking.

Tracking of title companies utilized for each transaction can be done with orw9-17. This requires entry of the title companies within the transaction contacts. Closed "FL" (firm listings) are selected for a specified close date range. Included in the report are:

• The sale type
• The property address
• The close date
• The sale price
• The title company name
• The list side agents
• The buyer side agents
